The Member Support Operations team plays a crucial role in managing the operational components of membership support for the AIA.
The primary responsibilities include ensuring timely and efficient membership processing of member dues payments and member requests, maintaining membership data integrity through regular data validation procedures, and providing direct customer support to members and prospective members through email and chat.
Additionally, the team is instrumental in supporting member retention throughout the year, with a special focus on the Member Value Outreach (MVO) program and providing outbound call support for other organizational initiatives.
