The Member Support Center serves as the frontline for the organization.
The primary responsibilities include answering all inbound support calls for AIA, assisting with membership and continuing education provider renewals by phone, providing members with continuing education and transcript management support, and delivering technical support for AIA.org and other AIA online applications.
Additionally, the team is instrumental in supporting member retention throughout the year, with a special focus on the Member Value Outreach (MVO) program.
